1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg
2 cups cool whip
powdered sugar
Mix by hand cake mix, egg, and cool whip.
Roll into small balls.
(dough is very sticky)
Roll in powdered sugar.
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350 for 8-10 minutes.
With my oven it was more like 10-15.
