Black Forest Trifle
Black Forest Trifle
1 Red Velvet cake mix
make according to package directions
2 cans cherry pie filling
1 larger contain Cook Whip
1 Giradelli milk Chocolate bar, shaved
1. Bake cake and crumble into large pieces
2. Using 1/3 of cake, place in trifle dish
3. 1/3 Cool Whip in top of that
4. 1/3 cherry pie filling on top of that
5. Then Repeat
6. On last layer of cake, spread pie filling into center
7. Sprinkle chocolate around edges
8. Cover in plastic wrap
9. Refrigerate

Cashew Chicken
I got the recipe off a app I have.

3 T melted butter
1/2 cup unsweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup cashews
10 buttery round crackers
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
or I do frozen chicken tenders sometimes
Directions
Coarsely chop in a food processor
crackers, cashews, and coconut
Dip chicken in butter (or egg)
Then in cracker mixture

French Strawberry Pie
Half in pie shell (whole; upside down)
Mash other half in food processor
with a little water to make 1/2 a cup
On stove combine strawberry mash
with 1 cup sugar and 3T cornstarch
Cook until thick, but keep stirring
Pour Over Top of Pie
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours
Add Cool Whip On top
(WHIP: 2 cups whip cream and
1/4 cup powdered sugar until fluffy)
Sadly I forgot to take a pic of the final result

Homemade Crust
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

until there are fine clumps

Cranberry/ Pumpkin Bread
2 1/2 cups of flour
1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
