Lemon Cookies

1 box lemon cake mix

1 egg

2 cups cool whip

powdered sugar

Mix by hand cake mix, egg, and cool whip.
Roll into small balls.
(dough is very sticky)
Roll in powdered sugar.
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350 for 8-10 minutes.
With my oven it was more like 10-15.

Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

My friend, Julie, gave me the recipe a

and I love this cake.
It would probably even better

with some sort of icing.

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla pudding

1 cup of oil

3 eggs

Mix Together

Add a half of bag of mini chocolate chips
Then fold in a melted German Chocolate Bar

Bake @ 350 for 50 minutes
